Further to your request for information about IT Hardware Statistics, I
have provided the information requested, however the service has asked for
clarification in relation to the last two questions, the remainder of your
request will remain on hold until we receive the clarification requested
below:

 

£m Projected Spend on ICT 2020

This response is based on budget allocated to ICT for 20/21; this spend
has not yet been profiled

Revenue spend (contractual obligations) £3,000,000

Capital programme £2,600,000

There may be further investment in ICT, as needs are identified. 

 

£m Projected Spend on Print 2020

The projected spend for 19/20 is £402,795 it is anticipated that projected
spend for 20/21 will remain at a similar level or reduce.

 

PC Supplier (Reseller) – Specialist Computer Centres

 

Print/Reprographics Provider – In-house printing service

 

Consumables Supplies – this varies depending on cost – a best value
approach to procurement is taken

 

MPS Expiry Date – Leasing contract in place with Konica Minolta this is
due to expire during 2023

 

BPS Expiry date – please clarify acronym BPS

 

Planned Spend Areas/Notes 2020 – please clarify question
