Contractors and Spend.

The Authority's response is set out below:

• IT contractor spend for FY 2018/19 was £9,433,298.33 with 235 *ICT
contractors. [*ICT Category as defined by Proclass Level 1 supplier
classification].
• The Council uses many frameworks administered by NPS, CCS and ESPO.
