Dear HM Passport Office,
I would like to know if Rahul Gandhi aka Raul Vinci a UK Citizen? He is currently the head of Indian National Congress and is standing in elections. According to Indian Law a person cannot be a dual citizen and if he is he would automatically lose citizenship of India. Can you pls confirm ? He was also a Director of a company called Backops where he did claim that he was a British citizen.

Yours faithfully,
Prem Ramaraj
