Please would you provide information on the following:
1. Has Dr Roger Stephenson of Bow Surgery been suspended from his clinical duties over the past 6 months?
2. Has he now been removed from the GP performers list?
3. Have there been any concerns over his poor patient care and clinical performance?
4 I understand he is now undergoing re-training at Mount Pleasant Health Centre, Exeter. Please would you confirm this.
