Ir35 Off Payroll Changes to Private Sector

Vijay Gill made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Her Majesty's Treasury

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

We're waiting for Vijay Gill to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

In a letter from Rishi Sunak to MPs,(30.06.20) he states that there will be a tax hole to the tune of £1.3bn by the year 23/24, if the reform (which has already been an unmitigated disaster in the public sector) is not introduced to the private sector in Apr21 (despite the House of Lords condemning the initiative).

Can I please have a copy of how the tax hole has been calculated and who was involved.

I can provide the letter if you can give me an email address.

Yours faithfully,

Vijay Gill
