Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,

I am requsting all information under FOIA and also all other rights of access.

Within National Audit Office (NAO) “value for money report” dated 14th November 2008;, http://www.nao.org.uk/publications/0708/... , One on the (NAO) recommendations was;

vi “There is currently no formal review of cases after they have been completed. The IPCC should institute a system of post-investigation reviews of independent investigations, to include reviewing the role of the Casework Manager and investigators.”

1. Please supply me with all information that the IPCC hold concerning above and also what changes the IPCC have made regarding 'formal review' post-investigation reviews of independent investigations, to include reviewing the role of the Casework Manager and investigators?

2. Did IPCC 'institute' such a system. If so, please supply me with all noformation concerning this. If not, please explain why now.

The report also ststed;

“The IPCC’s investigative work is not currently subject to any external scrutiny. The IPCC should explore how to introduce a system of external review of its cases, for example, by engaging a suitable organisation or organisations to undertake a quality review of a sample of its investigations and appeals. Possible organisations might include other UK police complaints handling, audit or investigatory bodies.”

3. Please supply all infornmation concering above, including what the IPCC have done to 'explore' how to introduce a system of external review of its cases.

4. Please supply all information on any external review system that is in place to review IPCC cases.

5, Please supply all information on any independent organisation or organisations that undertake a quality review of a sample of IPCC investigations and appeals.

Yours faithfully,

Martin McGartland

The best way to handle a complaint against the Police is either to take out a Corporate Harassment Order against them OR a Commercial Lien. You can find out more from the UK Column and the British Constitution Group. If you look at the complaints made against the Police through their own complaints procedures, you will notice that the public are being scuppered from having their rights upheld. The Police are committing more and more offences against the public because they believe that they can get away with it. This comes under a Breach of their Oath and a Breach of our RIGHTS to stand under Common Law. It is also PROVEN within the Police own records, including ACPO records that the Police try to prevent High Court Action against them, by attempting to falsely section people under false and fraudulent Mental Health claims. This is done in secrecy and includes false records of a stay in a mental hospital, without a persons knowledge or consent. When the co-conspirators are found out, they then ADMIT that their record of a stay in a mental hospital is false. This is because they have been caught out early enough to PROVE that there was NO-STAY as an In-Patient at a mental hospital.

I have fed up of reading about the police bullying and manipulating people right across the U.K. We need to pull together and out the badness in this organisation acting more and more like a gang every day. Police seem to swear an oath to each other rather than to queen and country. I am certain that there are many good honest hardworking police officers in the U.K. but why do they stand behind the corruption of their colleagues why???
I have been forced to continue complaining for an unlawful arrest, which happened in the summer of 2012. Over the past eighteen months have nearly lost my home, my business and became mentally exhausted from the intrusive way some senior police officers questioned my complaint. I am still unfortunately awaiting a response from the Professional Standards – who are supposed to be a transparent and fair organisation. Has anyone experienced this fair and transparent complaint procedure? Families across the U.K have lost loved ones due to the incompetence of the police, and then they refuse to acknowledge that when they are wrong and lie to avoid blame. They are working more and more like a highly organised criminal gang every day, putting pressure onto vulnerable people to get the results they want.
Why are we still putting up with it????
