Investigation process for investigating appeals

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Office for Police Conduct,

Can you send me a copy of your process, policy and procedure for looking at appeals when police forces do not respond to a complaint.

If a person raises an appeal to the POC for the police not providing a recording decision, can you send me a copy of the process your investigation staff follow.

My concern relates to if a person appeals to the POC for the police not providing a response to a complaint, but the police provide a response to a totally separate complaint to the POC, what process do your staff follow to validate the information the police provide.

It is also fair to say that the police act with impunity; the abuse that police forces carry our is facilitated by the failure of your staff to property investigate appeals, and the police feal empowered to abuse vulnerable people . Devon and cornwall police are empowered to abuse people knowing complaints against them will be covered up by their standards department and also by the POC.
