Dear NHS Improvement,

On September 28th 2017, Chris Young, finance director of the Department of Health, wrote to NHS Trusts outlining his concerns about tax avoidance within the NHS.

My request is based on the assumption that NHS Improvement either received a copy of this letter or was at least aware of it.

I would like to request copies of internal communications relating to this letter.

I would also like to request copies of correspondence between NHS Improvement and NHS Trusts concerning this letter.

I would also like to request copies of communications relating to this letter between NHS Improvement and external third parties who provide the Direct Engagement employment model.
