Please supply a list of the addresses contacted to comment on the planning applications made to change the use of 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 Pond Close from light industrial to leisure (B1 to D2) uses.

Please supply a copy of the letter sent to these addresses to invite comments to the planning applications.

Please supply copies of any notices erected in the vicinity regarding these applications and locations of where and when these were displayed.

The planning officer who dealt with the application for 12/00029/FP 1-2 Pond Close is no longer at the Authority and it is not known where the site notice was posted, however it was posted on 27/01/12.

Both site notices for application 13/00326/FP 3-4 Pond Close were posted on a lamppost fronting Walkern Road, to the front of Richmond House and the vehicular entrance to Pond Close. The first site notice was posted on 25.07.13. A second notice was posted on 22.08.13. Further to this an advert was placed in the Herald newspaper on 28.08.13.

The Local Planning Authority publicise planning applications based on and in accordance with Planning Circular 15/92, in particular paragraphs 5 to 10 under Types of Publicity. The document can be viewed from the following site https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...

In cases where it is deemed neighbour notification should take place the neighbours immediately abutting the red line on the submitted location plan would be notified.
