With respect to the current Integrated Risk Management Plan 2020-23,
please provide monitoring reports on the IRMP, reports into emergency
response standards, report into modelling station locations which have
been carried out since January 2020.

 

Our response:

 

The Council does not hold any reports in modelling station locations which
have been carried out since January 2020 and therefore do not have any
information to release to you.

 

The other elements of your request have been considered and are refused. 
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act), this
letter acts as a Refusal Notice.

 

Exemption

 

Section 21(1) of the Act provides an exemption for release of information
that is reasonably accessible to you even if it is accessible only on
payment of a fee.

 

Information is to be taken to be reasonably accessible if it is
information which the County Council or any other person is obliged by or
under any statute to communicate to members of the public on request
whether free of charge or on payment.
