Instructions issued to Compliance Clerks in the First-tier Tribunal (SEC)
Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,
Please send me copies of any instructions, directions or guidance issued to those Clerks within HMCTS to whom judicial functions have been delegated in relation to the Social Entitlement Chamber on or after 1 August 2013 in relation to whether an appeal to the First tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber)satisfies the requirements set out in rule 22(3) and is accompanied by the documents required by rule 22(4) of the Tribunal Procedure (First tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008 (SI No. 26865).
In particular please provide me with any instructions, directions or guidance issued to such Clerks by members of the judiciary within that Chamber.
In addition please provide me with any training materials relating to the exercise of this delegated function which have been, or will be, used to train Clerks exercising these delegated powers.
