Always an excuse isn't there! You can't hide the truth
forever.Looks like both Chief constables from each respective force in question are 'good buddies'
No surprise there then !

Dear Greater Manchester Police,

You have made a mistake as regards my freedom of information request.See here.

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/12...

How can this possibly be 'personal information' ?

Please deal with my request in the proper manner or I will have to take this issue further and contact the information commissioner.

At no point have I asked for 'personal information'

Yours faithfully,

Jeff Hayward

Jeff,
Your next step is to ask for an internal review of this decision the Information Commissioner expects GMP should reply to you within 20 working days if they do not then make a complaint to the ICO and ask for a Decision notice to be issued.
