asked for “copies of all correspondence, reports of meetings and
inspectors records for your investigation / inspection of The Linden
Centre in Chelmsford in 2012 and 2013, 2015 under North Essex Partnership
Trust”.
We attach copies of this information, alongside a schedule outlining the
nine documents.
You will see that the names of some employees, have been removed to
protect their confidentiality in accordance with Section 40(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We also attach a formal note, giving a more detailed explanation for
withholding this information. This explains why the information is exempt
from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and your
right to challenge this decision if you are unhappy with it.

We can confirm that we do not hold recorded information for the calendar
years 2013 and 2015 as this has subsequently been destroyed in accordance
with our retention and disposal schedule.
The information that we identified for 2012 was still held as we had
shared this information with another public authority.
