Inspection of A487 near Comins Coch
Dear North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent,
In this BBC article dated 26 November 2019 (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-5056...), a government spokesman stated the following:
"Road safety is an important issue and one we take very seriously. The North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency has undertaken a site inspection following this accident."
Please can you, within the limits of the Freedom of the Information Act 2000, provide as much information as possible about the following:
(1) the documentation relating to the inspection referred to and in particular the conclusions of the inspection as regards the assessment of risk posed by the road at the relevant location;
(2) what, if any, steps were taken as a result of this inspection; and
(3) the details and conclusions of any further inspections which have been undertaken at this site since 26 November 2019.
