Insolvency Practitioners who act as 'trustees' appointed by the secretary of state for the council's
Can you please provide the policy for IP's acting as 'trustees' and how their legal fees must be paid, can they be paid directly to a barrister and/ or via their chambers by the IP's firm or must they instruct counsel through a solicitors firm and pay them through this firm.
