Inside IR35 Engagements
Dear Children's Commissioner for England,
Under FoI, please could you tell me:
- How many open positions you have for "inside IR35" workers/contractors? (ie. how many positions are you advertising but so far have not found suitable people to fill)
- How many filled "inside IR35" positions do you have? (ie. how many people are working for you with "inside IR35" conditions)
You're welcome to use any time in the recent past for these calculations, although the more recent the better, please (and please tell me what time you used). The length of tenure, either expected or worked is not important - just the number of positions is enough for me.
For example:
"On January 22nd, we had 12 open inside-IR35 positions, and 5 filled".
Yours faithfully,
Ralph Bolton

care leavers can be sent to the Help at Hand team as described below)
- Mass campaign emails

or working with children's services only:
We have an advice team called Help at Hand for these children and young
people. Help at Hand will also consider urgent child protection issues and
refer onwards as appropriate.

Dear Ralph,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request which we received on
Thursday 20 February.
Please note that the Office of the Children’s Commissioner is a Non
Departmental Public Body, employing circa 30 members of staff.
Currently we are not advertising for any 'Inside 35 workers/contractors
and over the past year we have filled 3 positions 'inside IR35'.
I trust you find the above helpful.
Kind regards,
Lyn
