Injurys 2009 and 2010 quater 1.
Dear Lothian & Borders Fire Brigade,
This is a request for information submimitted in accordance with FOISA.
Following the recent press reports that a firefighter was injured during a water resuce training excerises in the Scottish Borders I would like to know the following:
Information in relation to injurys sustained by employees of the Fire & Rescue Service during 2009 and the first quater of 2010 (Jan, Feb and Mar). Im looking for information relating to fire fighters both operational and non operational and cilivilian staff if available. Please include the month of injury, type of injury, action taken ie required hospital treatment etc and the type of person who sustained the injury ie, fire fighter or civilian if possible. Please also include if possible whether the injury was obtained during a training excerise, a call out or during other duties if the information is broken down further.
