Incidents on Teesside

Dear Ingleby Barwick Parish Council,

Please can you clarify what "General Administration" is within your accounts. I would assume that there are financial records that break this down further which should have been provided as part of the Freedom of Information request. Are these going to be sent in a separate email, as they constitute part of what was originally requested.

Yours faithfully,

Incidents on Teesside

Incidents on Teesside

Dear Ingleby Barwick Town Council,

I note that some of the figures I requested have been removed from the spreadsheet. I assume they have been redacted under 13.1 of the FOI act, however you will note that the act states that it is required that these figures be released if they meet the "Public Interest Test", which overrides 13.1 of the act.

One element of the public interest test is that "authorities are accountable for the spending of public money". As such this overrides the principle of 13.1, and the full figures should be released, including the information that you have redacted.

I am therefore requesting you release the full accounts without the redacted information, as detailed in our original request.

Yours sincerely,

Incidents on Teesside
