Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
I am requesting what policy and procedure and statue do you adhere to when dealing with private law applications, can cafcass make recommendations to to the court , if safeguarding duties are incomplete?

Who is responsible, for making sure safeguarding duties are complete and if not informing the court?

If an Officer becomes aware checks are incomplete what is there duty to the court and to the parties involved?

When business support make such checks with Police and the Local Authority, who do they inform of such data? Is there a letter shared with parties on this information? So the parties know if such information is completed.

Can checks be made on named parties if they share no formal abode?

Can checks be made if the parties date of birth is incorrect?

Do cafcass carry out level 1 inquires or Level 2?

Does cafcass share any plans with the parents so they are aware of the procedures and what cafcass involvement will be?

Could an officer of the service then carry on and make recommendations to the court or file completed section 7 reports if checks are incomplete on the parties or other third parties if the court has requested welfare reports?

Please provide the above information, Please provide reference to the family private program you follow and a link to this?

I made a subject access request some time ago and i was told there are no statements of file? and all the statements contained welfare concerns and issue relating to the child and information shared by the other party, This information was ordered to be filed on Cafcass by the Court why would cafcass then not hold the data on file?

In a private law matter is is normal policy to involve the local authority in a case if the court has not directed this? and cafcass stated they saw no further involvement for cafcass in there report so clearly no welfare concerns were found.

Please provide the protocol you would adhere to and any law statue you would adhere to,

Yours faithfully,

mark davis
