Information Request regarding Council Vehicle Fleet

I'd be grateful if you can provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. A list of vehicles owned or leased to the council. Please include; registration mark (or year made, if preferable), fleet number (if used), make & model and body type.

2. Identify which vehicles are owned and which are leased.

3. Name, position and email address of the staff responsible for these vehicles, together with the telephone number for the department (direct dial not expected given GDPR.)

4. The estimated amount of spend (£) on diesel/petrol per annum and the cost split between owned and leased vehicles.

provide the following information in response to your request.

All vehicles are managed and maintained by Fleet Management.

Diesel £1,030,921

Petrol £117,651

The split between owned and leased vehicles is unknown as the vehicles are
not identified in the fuel systems as being owned or leased. 

 

 

 

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request for information
has been dealt with you are entitled to request a review of the actions
and decisions made by the Council in relation to your request. Your
request for review must be in writing or some other permanent form stating
your name and address for correspondence, and specifying the request for
information to which your request for review relates and why you are
dissatisfied with the response.

 

You must make your request for review not later than 40 working days after
the expiry of the 20 working day period of response to your initial
request by the Council or not later than 40 working days after the receipt
by you of the information provided, any fees notice issued or any
notification of refusal or partial refusal.

expiry of the period of 20 working days from receipt by the Council of
your request for review.
