Re: Freedom of Information Request
Ref: 239-2022

Thank you for your email dated 11/7/2022 requesting information in regards to meeting minutes.

I can confirm that I am dealing with your request but may we request a small extension of time to collate the required information, as this has required input from multiple teams, to be able to provide you with a full response. I would therefore be grateful if you could agree to a short extension for us to submit our response to you by 19th August 2022. I will of course endeavour to respond to you sooner should the information be presented to me before this time.

Please accept my sincere apologies for this delay.

Dear FOI (THE CLATTERBRIDGE CANCER CENTRE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

The response to my request has been delayed. By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by 10 August 2022. Why is there a delay?

Yours sincerely,

Pero Mandiloski

FOI (THE CLATTERBRIDGE CANCER CENTRE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST), The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust

Good Morning

We have experienced a delay due to gathering information from multiple teams, requiring sign off for these minutes to be released by multiple teams, and will then need to review the minutes for redaction of third party information prior to release. As sign off is required by the chair of each meeting; this takes time to acquire a response during the summer period when many staff are on annual leave.

Kind regards

Dear FOI (THE CLATTERBRIDGE CANCER CENTRE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

Can you please confirm if 'Patient Engagement and Inclusion Group' and 'Patient Experience and Inclusion Group' are the same? Also can you confirm if Medicines Safety Action Group and Medicines Safety Team exist? Because you've sent the meeting minutes for the Medicines Safety Advisory Group

Yours sincerely,

Pero Mandiloski
