clarification on your request reference FOI.22.SWL105.
In question 1), your request appears to ask for the minutes of the ICB’s
Integrated Medicines Optimisation Committee, however the ICB doesn’t hold
such a meeting, but the ICS does.
Could you please confirm whether you require minutes of the ICS meeting?
