2. Do you have a Systems Team responsible for the HR/Payroll System?

3. If yes to question 2, how many employees work within this team?

4. What are the pay grades of employees within this team (e.g. SO1, PO1 etc.)?

5. If no to question 2, who is responsible for the HR/Payroll System?

6. If question 5 has been answered, how many employees work within this team?

7. Number of employees on your payroll.

6. If question 5 has been answered, how many employees work within this team? Payroll - three, HR - five

7. Number of employees on your payroll. As of 15/07/16 1,723 including councillors, 1300 excluding councillors.
