1. How many print devices (inc. desktop printers, MFDs and copiers) does the Council have?
2. What were your print volumes per annum for both mono and colour before COVID-19?
3. What were the print volumes for both mono and colour in the latest available month (ie showing reductions relating to COVID?
4. What is the revised end date of the Xerox Managed Print Services contract?
5. Who is the contract manager at ECC for this contract?

6. Does the Council have a printroom / high-volume printing facility?
7. Is this part of the Xerox Managed Print Services or do other contracts exist for this facility?
8. If other contracts exist, please provide supplier name and contract end dates?
9. What were your print volumes per annum for both mono and colour before COVID-19?
