Dear Christina Gordon

This request for information is somewhat unclear, can we request
clarification of what you are seeking details of?

The Council routinely collects affordable housing planning obligations via
S106 (rather than Unilateral Undertakings), including on-site provision
and commuted sums.

Is it specifically Unilateral Undertakings you are interested in?

Kind regards
