I am requesting the following data under the Freedom of Information Act 2020:

1. What Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) equipment is used by you to detect SAR-CoV-2?
2. Who is the manufacturer of the PCR testing kits (as distinct from equipment) used?
3. Have you received any guidance from Government sources or bodies such as PHE on the PCR equipment and tests that you should use?
4. How many cycles (Ct/Cq) are used for your PCR assays?

the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).
