Dear Mr McManus,

Further to my recent acknowledgement, in response to your request for information I can advise as follows:

The Trust’s onsite paging solution is provided by Multitone’s iMessage system. The Trust’s use of pagers is currently being reviewed with the aim of reducing reliance on pagers to the minimum, probably just retaining them for “Crash” calls (cardiac, emergency, fire) as they are a more robust solution than more modern applications using 3G/4G/WiFi. The current support contract with Multitone expires on 30th June 2022.

Regards.
