• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

to the nature of your request, it has been dealt with under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
I can confirm as follows:
. If any, the name of the software solution(s) used to manage your
corporate property/assets including facilities management (CAFM)/current
. What was the actual contract value(s) of each contract?
I can confirm that the contract value will be published within the
Council's Contracts Register which will be published in January 2021. As
this information will be published within the next 12 weeks, this
paragraph therefore acts as a refusal notice under Section 27 of the above
named Act as this information is intended for future publication.
. Start date & duration of the contract.
The start date was 01/04/2010 and is an on-going contract.
. Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and, if so, the duration
of the extension?
This contract is ongoing.
. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either
extended or renewed?
There are no current plans to review the contract.
. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
