• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Section 3(2) sets out the criteria for when information is held by a
public authority for the purposes of the FOIA. 

The council can confirm that we conducted a search for the requested
information. 

The search was conducted in a reasonable and intelligent way in the areas
most likely to hold the requested information based on how we manage our
records. However, our search did not reveal the information sought,
therefore the council consider that on the balance of probabilities the
requested information is not held. 

However, by way of assistance and looking at the contract in the contract
finder link provided above it states that this contract belongs to Unity
Housing, therefore we recommend that any requests relating to this
