the information you require.

description of the information you’re seeking together with any other
details you think might help us locate the information you require. For
example, please confirm whether you are referring to a Santander cycle
hire docking station or a cycle parking facility and also provide details
of its location on the Embankment.

 

The Freedom of Information Act allows you to request recorded information
held by Transport for London. There are limits on the time that we are
required to spend determining whether we hold the information you are
requesting and the time spent locating, retrieving and extracting it.
Therefore you should identify the information that you want as clearly and
concisely as you can, specifying the types of document that you are

period of time, geographical area or specific departments of the
organisation.

I am contacting you with regards to your request for an internal review concerning your request for information on 27 January 2019 (FOI-2880-1819). I have reviewed the information held in relation to your request for cycle counter information.

The FOI case officer approached TfL's Asset Operations team for information when your request was first received. The Asset Operations team advised that in order the assist more detail was required such as an exact location to ascertain whether it fell with TfL's jurisdiction or not.

On the 4 February 2019 the FOI Case Officer wrote to you to advise we required further clarification to be able to continue with your request. A standard response time period of 3 weeks was given for you to respond with a final date of 25 February 2019 stated (please see attached for reference). As no clarification was received from you the request was closed and you were informed of this on 28 February 2019.

Therefore this review has not upheld your complaint. If you wish to provide the clarification requested as part of a new FOI request the FOI Case Management team will be happy to take this forward for you.
