Dear Cameron Hale,

Thank you for your information request of 8 November 2021. Aberdeen City
Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested. Our response is now detailed below.

The structure of your Information Governance department including the
names of senior officers and jobs titles/roles/positions where permitted
by the Data Protection Act 2018?

Please also confirm which Directorate/Service area the Council's IG
function sits within.

Function: Customer, Cluster: Data & Insight. The Protection Officer role
also has a dotted line into the Council’s Senior Information Risk Owner, a
role which is currently fulfilled by the Council’s Chief Officer
Governance (Fraser Bell).

Detail on all training required to do these roles and job profiles.

Information Governance which contain the requirements for the roles.
