Dear Middlesex University,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Middlesex University's handling of my FOI request 'Information about your dealings with Stonewall #DontSubmitToStonewall'.

My request was sent on 4th February 2021, and no acknowledgement nor reply has been received. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires that any requests for information under the act are responded to within 20 days by law - this is now long overdue.

I am not satisfied with your lack of response - even under covid restrictions, you have been given more than enough time to reply.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/i...

Yours faithfully,

Ms K Blackwell

Dear Ms K Blackwell

Apologies for the delay in acknowledging your request. We have been short
staffed as well as covid. Treat this as an acknowledgement and we will
fulfil this request within 20 working days. Could I also ask for you to
attach to an email the correspondence that you sent with your original
request, as we are cautious about attempting to access external links as a
cybersecurity precaution.

Thank you for your request for information dated 29th April 2021, which
will be dealt with under Freedom of Information Act. The University should
respond to your request within 20 working days from the date of this

the period for providing a reply, we will let you know on or before the
expiry indicated above.
