Please note, any personal information contained within these attachments
has been removed as we consider this information to be exempt from
disclosure under Section 40(2)(a) & (3A)(a) of the Freedom of Information
(FOI) Act 2000. Any information to which a request for information relates
is exempt information if it constitutes personal data in which the
applicant is not the data subject and if disclosure would contravene any
of the data protection principles set out in Article 5 (1) of the General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or Section (34)(1) of the Data
Protection Act 2018. We consider that disclosing any information which
identifies or may identify individuals to be an act of unfair processing
of personal data which would contravene the first principle of the General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ‘lawfulness, fairness and transparency’.
As we consider there to be no overriding case for disclosure in the public
interest or other non-prejudicial legitimate interest, we consider it
appropriate to apply the exemption to this information in response to you
FOI request.

d) Please provide any minutes/records of discussion and reports of

committee within the last 2 years.

e) Please provide all internal communications about your participation in
Stonewall amongst CYPS staff and between CYPS staff and other departments
2019-2021.

In order to locate, confirm and where applicable, provide a response to
this part of your request, each council service area would be required to
undertake a manual search of all correspondence contained within their
email accounts for the last 2 years. Reviewing and collating any emails
relevant to your request is estimated to take a substantial period of
time, exceeding the appropriate cost limit for complying with an FOI
request which is £450 (18 working hours). This limit is set out in The
Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees)
Regulations 2004. Under Section 12 of the FOI Act, this means we are not
obliged to comply with these parts of the request as they stand.

To help refine your request to a level in which we could provide
information for within the appropriate limit, we would suggest refining
the request period to a shorter time frame and/or specifying council
service areas which are of interest to you. Please note, any refinement to
your request would be subject to revaluation and may still be refused on
consideration of the refined parameters.

Documents held by Stockport Council may fall under the Re-Use of Public
Sector Information Regulations 2015. If you receive a Council document and
you wish to use that document for a new purpose, please identify the
