2. May I request a copy of the job specification for the position of communications officer

Please see attached job descriptions and criteria required for each type
of post in the communications team.

 

3.       How many people work in the communications team & what is the
composition, eg one manager and five officers, three managers and ten
officers, five managers, five officers and five assistants etc etc

 

Please note the communications team includes part of the Council’s web
team and all the Councils Graphic Design Team. Please see attached Excel
spreadsheet.

 

4.  May I request a breakdown of the job roles and respective salaries for
all posts within the communications team’

 

Digital Communications Apprentice paid at £ 3.30 per hour - the national
apprentice rate. Communications Officers paid Grade 6  to Grade 10. Senior
Communications Officer paid Grade

12 to Grade 13. Team managers paid Grade 14 and the Head of Service paid
Grade 17 to Grade 18.  See page 19 of employee handbook attached for the
latest salaries on our pay spine.
