We manage 1515 Macs (iMacs and MacBooks) which are managed with Jamf Pro
and Endpoint/Intune.

 

2. How many iPhones or iPads are owned by the University and what is the
management tool used for these (if any?)

We do not have anyone specifically employed to manage Apple devices.

All devices are managed by our Desktop Team. We are not obliged, under
section 40 (2) and section 40(3) of the Freedom of Information Act, to
provide information where the information requested is the personal
information of another person or the release of the information would
contravene the Data Protection principles.

We support all devices but no one is specifically employed solely to
support Apple products.
