Response to this request is long overdue. Although not legally required to do so, we would have expected National Parks UK to have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear UK Association of National Park Authorities

1) Please advise if TESLA Exploration International Ltd have
written to you to state their intentions to undertake seismic
testing in Ant national park in the UK, either as
i) a contractor to IGas or
ii) in any other capacity;
and provide a full disclosure of your communications with the
company to date.

2) Please provide a fulll disclosure of all communications, by
email or minutes of meetings or otherwise, to show where the issue
of feasibility and/ or seismic data gathering has been discussed
with IGas.

3) Please state clearly if a date has been set for operations to
commence.

4) Please state if a date has not been set the reasons given.

5) Please provide a map of the locations applied for where
applicable, and confirm or otherwise the boundaries within which
they are interested in surveying.
