Dear Mr Evans

Please find below a response to your recent enquiry on behalf of our Director of Finance.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Enquiry of 11 March 2015.
The College was not initially aware of the TM44 regulations having assumed that these regulations were incorporated under the Display Energy Certificate (DEC) Regulations.
The College has, however, subsequently investigated this matter with both our DEC contractor and our Air Conditioning contractor.
As a result of this investigation the College has commissioned a full TM44 Air Conditioning Energy Assessment which is to take place during the forthcoming Easter break. This assessment will ensure that we are fully compliant with the TM44 regulations.
The College would like to thank you for drawing our attention to the TM44 regulations and trust that these responses answer your Freedom of Information request enquiry.

Yours sincerely

Allan Keating ACMA
Director of Finance Funding and Estates
