I request any correspondence and reports done for Glasgow City council between 2000 - 2010 that cover the Parkhead area of the City (specifically the Westthorn site north west of Dewars whisky on London rd).

I would also be greatfull of any information that confirms or denies that mining took place under the Westthorn site.

Further to you Freedom of Information request dated 5 March 2015 I can confirm that the Coal Authority provided Glasgow City Council with 1,419 coal mining reports between 2000 and 2010.

We provide property specific coal mining reports for all of the coalfields in Britain and in 2013/14 we produced 276,878 reports. You can order a coal mining report for the Westthorn site by visiting www.groundstability.com
