As I said in my request, the residents of Northwold Estate would like to know the income The Guinness Partnership generates from OUR ESTATE and the amount it spends on repairs and maintenance.

We require this information dating back to the transfer of the estate from Clapton Community Housing Tust to The Guinness Partnership (the Guinness South) in c. 2009
