Dear Richard,

 

Thank you for your correspondence received on 7^th December 2021, in which
you requested the following information:

 

Please provide me with details of any incidence / serious incidence
reports that relate to any events involving your fire engines in the
Cowley / Littlemore area of Oxford since 1 March 2021. I am happy to have
confidential private citizens information redacted.

 

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested as soon as possible and in any event within the next 20 working
days in compliance with the Environmental Information Regulations
2004/Freedom of Information Act 2000, unless an exception applies. This
means that the council will respond to you by 7^th January 2022, at the
latest.

 

Please note – COVID-19: during these unprecedented times, we will
endeavour to respond to information requests and where possible within
timeframes. However, this may not be possible because the Council will
necessarily need to prioritise its staff and resources on the delivery of
key services. The Information Commissioner recognises that this may occur
during this unprecedented time and [1]has given guidance. 

 

If appropriate, the information requested can be made available in
alternative formats, including other languages, Braille, large print, and
audiocassette. If you require any of these formats then please let me
know.

further details from you in order to identify the information you are
seeking. Therefore, I should be grateful if you would confirm the
following:

 

1.    Are you are looking for details on Incidents attended by Oxfordshire
Fire & Rescue Service appliances (fire engines) in the Littlemore/Cowley
area or Incidents directly involving our appliances i.e., vehicle
accidents?

 

2.    You have requested incidence reports, could you clarify what you
mean by this? What exactly are you seeking?

 

3.    We require further detail regarding the geographical area requested.
Could you please clarify the desired geographical area? We could use
partial postcodes (e.g., OX4 1), full postcodes, or the parish boundaries
for Littlemore Parish and Cowley Parish.

 

 

Once we have these details your enquiry will be reconsidered and you will
receive the information requested, unless an exemption applies.

Any internal report about the reason you were called out, in whatever format these are normally compiled. Feel free to redact personal information relating to private citizens.

ideally - incidents occurring in the Cowley, Temple Cowley, and Littlemore council admistrative wards. Postcode approximations are acceptable if this is easiest (i.e. OX42, OX43, OX44)
