Dear West Mercia Police,

Please can you confirm as to an incident on the M5 northbound at around 22:00 on the 03/05/21? - I was travelling between J6 & 5 northbound, the overhead gantry I was approaching changed to 40mph so I immediately backed off but couldn't safely reduce my speed down to 40mph in the available distance and weather conditions - as I went under the gantry the camera flashed. Can you put a note on file as to this or advise what I can do as to this?

Thank you

Yours faithfully,
John Jackson
