Dear Sophie

I have spoken to my colleagues and in order to provide as helpful a reply as possible, I would be grateful for your clarification.

In your request, you ask for PRLcount, BRVcount and HPcount, FSECproperty code, District (code), District (Label), Ward(code) and Lower SOA. Could you please inform us as to what this information relates to please.

You also ask for firstattendingappliance:Station; firstattendingappliance:Command; firstattendingappliance:Assigned; firstattendingappliance:Mobile; and firstattendingappliance:In-attendance; we assume you would like the attendance times of the first appliance, but could you please advise as to what the individual sections refer to, e.g. Station, Command, Assigned and Mobile.

We will look into your request further once we have received your clarification. I confirm that you have three months in which to provide this clarification before your request will be considered to have lapsed.

Kind regards

Mrs Ward
