David Critchley

Dear St Helens Metropolitan Borough Council,

Has specific permission been granted to groups or individuals for the use of the redundant Red Bank Community Home site to train guard dogs, including the occasional discharge of firearms?

If so, what risk assessment procedures were carried out to consider the possibly detrimental impact of this activity on those living nearby?

Which individuals or groups use this facility for the purpose of training dogs?

Yours faithfully,

David Critchley
