In regard GIA/3094/2016 dated 17 November 2016 and your DNFS50660523 dated 22nd May 2017 and to me emailed 19 June 2017.

As you have stated within this DN FS50660523 dated 22May 2017 which has only just been shared with me.

That you "In the circumstances of the case, the Commissioner considers, that the MOJ is justified in requiring further information from the complainant in order to identify the information that he has requested."

Can you provide me exactly what information you require to provide to identify this information? Please note this requested information was shared with the ICO and MOJ during Tribunal Case GIA/3094/2016 who it appears have a conflict in not providing this information to me.

Can you then provide this information which you have indicated is reasonably held in your DN FS50660523?

CAUTION NOTICE

I writing to you following the recorded telephone call which was made to my office at 10:20 am on the, 11/7/2017.

I note on your telephone auto response it states that these transcriptions are available from the case officer. Why is it, therefore, that I am redirected to your Access to Information Department to obtain this information when you refused to provide this information in this telephone call stating that you did not hold the document I was requesting in this case above. I point out this information should be freely available. How can this be the case when your solicitor is said by MOJ to have provided the case bundle in this case GIA/3094/2016 dated 17 November 2016. How can it be that you require more information to disclose a document which is required and clearly described by government department and associated abstract of procedures which have already been provided to me?

Can you inform me whether the problem in providing this information is that the officers involved cannot follow government legislation and policy? I ask this as you have stated in your DN that you require further information and my assistance in this matter. When I am not trained for it.

Are you running a two-tier information request? Is this why the quality of information I am being dealt is not of the highest quality.

It would be more conducive and money saving to be allocated an officer who can handle several agencies and the request for additional information I require. I state this by referral as it is "The ICO's mission is to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals".

I remind you the ICO is an independent Official appointed by the crown and its decisions are subject to the supervision of the Courts and the Information Tribunal.

I will be copying in my legal advisor.

Dear AccessICOinformation,
I am still awaiting you to provide this document in relation to this matter upon request.

My planning Department in Hastings is meeting with regard to a matter using this Plan which you have not provided me a document in relation to. Can you please explain how my council can move forward with out the correct paperwork to show its plan was consistent with the original Procedural Practice in the Examination of Local Plans 2014 which was available and unaltered at the time, please?
