In-Patient Falls
Dear Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust,
Please could you provide me with the following information:
The number of in-patient bed in the trust
The number of in-patient falls in 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-2017
The number of falls in each time period resulting in Mode rare harm, severe harm or death
The number of fall in each time period resulting in a fractured neck of femur
