Vangie Parker, Bournemouth Borough Council

Dear Ms Limic

Information Request – Freedom of Information Act

Further to your request for information received on 07 November 2017, please see below response from Bournemouth Borough Council.

Are you currently implementing a new Children’s Social Care Case Management Software – Yes/No
Response: Yes.

If yes you are implementing a system then please provide what Children’s Social Care Case Management Software are you implementing and when is the planned go-live date of all functionality as per the tender?
Response: We are implementing Servelec HSC’s MOSAIC - Adults, Children’s & Finance. The go-live dates have not yet been confirmed.

Is this the same with the dates on the tender documents? If not what is the difference have there been any additional costs outside the original contract for the implementation? If yes, please specify
Response: The high level implementation plan included with the tender documents assumed a go-live date of March 2017. This did not take into account the Council’s internal approval process and subsequent contract negotiations and the actual go-live will be different to this. To date, this has not attracted any additional supplier costs outside the original contract.

If No you are not currently implementing a Children’s Social Care Case Management Software, with regard to the last system you implemented how long in months from contract award date did the software to go live and the previous case management to be switched off?
Response: Not applicable

I hope that this deals with your request satisfactorily.
