Dear Imperial College London,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I’d like to make a request regarding the careers support services available at your university.
If possible, I’d like to receive data specific to the 2018/2019 academic year.
Specifically, I’d like to request data on the student careers services spend. (Excluding operational costs.)
This could fall under career support or careers programmes.
If this includes a combined group of departments, could you please specify each department and their individual spend?
If I could please receive the data in a spreadsheet format, that would be fantastic. Feel free to get in touch if you require any clarification from myself!
Dear Mr Dixon,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act request. We have recently
provided this information for a similar request. The spend excluding
operational costs is staff costs which are as follows:
No. of FTE 17/18 18/19
Careers Consultant 15.1 14.8
Total salaries 17/18 18/19
Careers Consultant £800,103 £752,869
If you are unhappy with the way that we have handled your request, you can
ask us to conduct a review. Please make your representation in writing
within 40 days of the date you received this response. If you remain
dissatisfied with how Imperial College has handled your request, you may
then approach the Information Commissioner’s Office.
