Impact of Cowley LTNs - draft reports produced
Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Please provide me any reports, including draft reports, which have attempted to evaluate the impact of the three Cowley LTNs, both in Cowley itself and the surrounding areas. Please include reports delivered by third parties, which may be currently work in progress, within the scope of this request.
I am particularly interested in any reports produced that evaluate:
the extent to which modal shifts can be shown to have occurred since the LTNs were introduced;
whether pollution and traffic levels have increased or decreased in Cowley (and surrounding areas, such as Littlemore) since the LTNs were introduced;
whether journeys have become shorter or longer as a result of the introduction of LTNs (for example, if mobile phone data has been used to evaluate changes to journey lengths made as a result of the LTNs).
If no reports have so far been produced (even in draft form) regarding the impact of the LTNs on Cowley and surrounding areas, please confirm this also.
Yours faithfully,
Richard Parnham
