2. How the Home Office will approach, process and apply immigration enforcement measures to EU citizens or non-EU family members who do not apply to the EU Settlement Scheme by the deadline of June 30th 2021 and subsequently fail to apply during the 28 day window granted by immigration enforcement, as currently outlined in the Home Office guidance "EU Settlement Scheme: EU, other EEA and Swiss citizens and their family members" (version 11.0, published 6 April 2021)?
