Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

 

Thank you for your email dated 24 July 2019, which was received by West
Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service on the 25 July 2019, requesting the
following information:

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service acknowledges receipt of your

West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service response:

 

West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service have now completed its search for the
information you requested and can now confirm as follows:-

 

1) 54

2) 24 in total (including six who are currently going through the
process), 10 additional reviews scheduled between now and 2022.

3) 2 (under the 1992 scheme)

4) 0

 

Please note: the information provided dates back to our earliest records
2007. Therefore it is likely that any reviews prior to this date have not
been captured.

 

It is also worth noting that for three cases we were unable to confirm if
they have been reviewed. This is because paper PRFs have been destroyed,
in line with our retention periods.
